A bespoke project combining Marrakech, Agafay, wellness, tradition and moments designed to be shared.<\/strong><\/p>\n

For a special occasion, a trip can become much more than just a destination. It can be an experience built around the people who will live it, their wishes and the kind of memories they want to create together. For this project we were asked to organise a fully personalised hen party in Morocco,<\/strong> taking care of the itinerary, accommodation, experiences and coordination of services on the ground.<\/strong> The aim was to create a trip that combined Moroccan authenticity, comfort, wellness and convivial moments, while maintaining a level of care and exclusivity befitting such a special occasion.<\/p>\n

The result was a three-day itinerary between Marrakech and the Agafay desert, alternating discovery, relaxation, adventure and moments dedicated to celebration.<\/strong><\/p>\n

A stay in the heart of the Medina<\/span><\/h3>\n

The choice of accommodation was one of the key elements of the project. We selected a traditional four-star riad in the heart of the Marrakech Medina,<\/strong> chosen for its history, the character of its rooms and its ability to combine the authentic atmosphere of a Moroccan home with high-end services and comfort. Traditional suites, a pool, a spa, restaurants and professional staff<\/strong> allowed the group to make the most of the property without giving up any comfort. <\/p>\n

The location also played an important role: the riad was in the heart of the Medina, but strategically placed for easy access to the city's main areas.<\/strong> The property thus became an integral part of the experience, not simply a place to stay.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

An arrival designed for the occasion<\/span><\/h3>\n

The experience began the moment they arrived. The group was welcomed with Moroccan tea and traditional pastries, a bouquet for the bride-to-be and a welcome gift<\/strong> prepared especially for the occasion. We also had a personalised brochure<\/strong> of the trip created, designed by a Moroccan graphic designer and enriched with hand-drawn illustrations. Inside were the programme and the various experiences planned during the stay: a small keepsake to treasure after the trip.<\/p>\n

The welcome gift was also designed to tell the story of Morocco through its craftsmanship,<\/strong> involving local artisans in making a handcrafted bag and selecting natural cosmetics inspired by Moroccan tradition.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Marrakech: culture, tradition and conviviality<\/span><\/h3>\n

The first day was dedicated to discovering Marrakech.<\/strong> A private guide took the group through the Medina, telling them about the city's history, architecture and traditions and showing them its souks and some of its most iconic places.<\/p>\n

The visit was designed to let the group connect with the city without turning the experience into a purely touristy itinerary. The rest of the day left room for more relaxed moments at the riad, with the pool, traditional henna and free time.<\/strong> In the evening, the group enjoyed a dinner in a setting chosen especially for the occasion, accompanied by traditional music and dancing.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

An experience in the Agafay desert<\/span><\/h3>\n

The second day took the group out of the city, towards the landscapes of the Agafay desert.<\/strong> For this day we chose a private sidecar experience,<\/strong> designed to combine adventure, scenery and conviviality. The activity took them across the desert landscape with several scenic stops, leaving time for photos and shared moments. Afterwards, the group headed to a property set in the Agafay landscape for lunch and a more relaxed afternoon by the pool.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This day was one of the distinctive elements of the itinerary: an iconic Moroccan experience, but enjoyed privately and designed especially for the group.<\/strong> In the evening the group returned to Marrakech for another dinner and entertainment organised for the occasion. The celebration was personalised with a cake dedicated to the bride-to-be.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Morocco's wellness traditions<\/span><\/h3>\n

After the days devoted to discovery and adventure, the last day was dedicated to wellness.<\/strong> The morning began with a private yoga and Pilates session, followed by one of the most iconic rituals of Moroccan culture: a hammam and massage.<\/strong> The experience was organised in small groups, so that everyone could enjoy the treatment in a more relaxed and attentive way.<\/p>\n

After lunch, the afternoon was left free so that everyone could choose how to spend their last hours in Marrakech.<\/strong> Because this too is part of a truly tailor-made trip: not everyone has to experience every moment in the same way.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

When organising a trip means coordinating an entire project<\/span><\/h3>\n

What you see in the photos is only part of the work needed to build an experience like this. A private event in Morocco requires constant coordination between accommodation, drivers, guides, restaurants, suppliers and local professionals.<\/strong> For this project we handled the management of the entire trip directly, from designing the itinerary to on-site assistance.<\/strong> We coordinated:<\/p>\n
